Oh the Jolly Season

Christmas is round the corner – less than a month away! The snow shower that hit Manchester today made me look forward even more to a White Christmas. Can’t even wait for Christmas! Thank God for Christmas markets to satisfy me for the time-being. Wednesdays are becoming our Happy Day of the Week recently, spending quality time together in the city centre…

Last week, since Tseyui and Loohzhen were pitifully caught up in Safety HAZOP meetings and Ying went to catch HP with Mon, Jake and Sengtuck, Chiakhuan and I went for an extremely relaxed stroll at Arndale and Exchange Square after she bought these super yummy coconut sweets from Chinatown. Then we shared a Festive Season McFlurry’s before walking around aimlessly. It tasted like chocolatey-orangey, good stuff, though Oreo or original would probably be even better! Somehow we wounded up in Selfridges where we never really go to, chuckling at the ridiculously ”cheap” stuff sold there.

Loads and LOADS of colourful candies.

Being creative with the Christmas bauble. X)

Lovely Christmas fruit cake. Feel like eating one now TT

Manchester Eye is actually quite a pretty sight too!

Angels we have heard on high~

Took a look inside Royal Exchange Arcade.

I love you mummy.

When everyone finally came, we sauntered on to the Christmas Market at Albert Square with hungry tummies. The aroma of German sausages was simply too tempting but I somehow managed to hold in the craving…I shall wait and have it at its origin! (;

Aren’t they sweet?

 Hot waffles with chocolate sauce, hot pancake with Nutella…could we ask for more?

Clockwise from left: Mon, Tseyui, Me, Chiakhuan, Loohzhen and Ying! (=

New Emporio Armani outlet at Spinningfields.

On the way to take the Metroshuttle back home~ I’ll be back soon, Christmas Market! I want to go for the Arts and Craft stalls + the French market! :D
